He currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at 360 Privacy, where he leads enterprise intelligence, security strategy, and client experience functions. His work centers on converging cyber, physical, and reputational risk, advancing exposure-driven protective intelligence, and equipping organizations to understand and anticipate modern hybrid threats. Chuck partners closely with executives, boards, and security leaders to translate complex risk signals into clear decisions that protect people, enables business velocity, and strengthens organizational resilience.
Previously, Chuck served as Chief Security Officer at Ontic, overseeing the Center for Connected Intelligence and guiding research, innovation, and operational strategy. Prior to that, he led Global Operations & Intelligence at Microsoft, shaping worldwide executive protection, intelligence programs, and enterprise risk practices. A decorated U.S. Army veteran, Chuck spent 30 years in uniform specializing in operations, information operations, joint C4I strategy, and intelligence support to combat missions.
Chuck remains deeply committed to elevating the profession—bridging security, intelligence, and leadership to help organizations stay left of boom in an era where exposure is the new perimeter. His book “Protector Edge” comes out in July via Taylor and Francis.
